Delivery and Returns
We offer FREE delivery on all UK Mainland orders.
For our American customers, shipping will cost £15 GBP and all orders will be sent tracked with Royal Mail, should roughly take about 14 days for delivery.
For other overseas customers, please get in touch for a shipping quote.
All our products are lovingly handmade to order and we aim to despatch all orders from our Leeds studio within 2-5 working days. For larger orders or busy periods our lead times may be longer. If you urgently require you purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to ensure that your order is despatched as soon as possible.
All orders are sent on a 48hr tracked delivery service and you will be notified once your order has been despatched from our studio. Once your order has been despatched we will provide you a tracking link so you are able to track your order, this will be sent to the email address used to complete your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and you would like to return it, you have 28 days from delivery to return it. All returns will be at the cost to the customer and all goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition. If you would like to return your item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return request.
If you are returning an item over the value of £75, we advise using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your items back safely.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund for your purchase. Please note that we are unable to refund any bespoke made items.
Once your item has been successfully returned to us in a saleable condition, Adriana Homewares will process the refund of your order within 7 working days. Please note that once we have processed your refund, some times it can take up to 7-10 days for a refund to clear depending on your bank.
If your order has been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and provide us with images of the damages that have been made to your purchase.
